The project consists of one contract to construct a new Cigar Lake Reclaimed Water Distribution Pump Station. Cigar Lake is a man-made pond and the City is using it for storage of reclaimed water. The Cigar Lake Reclaimed Water Distribution Pump Station is designed to pump the stored reclaimed water to the reuse sites. The Pump Station will consist of the following structures; a pump station consisting of a 40' x 76' building including a pump room, an electrical room, and a chemical feed room. Included in the pump room are three horizontal split case centrifugal pumps, tumble disk filter system, an air compressor, and a vacuum system for the pump priming. The electrical room will house all the VFD units, switch board, and control panels. The chemical feed room will have two 500 gallon storage tanks for sodium hypochlorite and chemical feed pump skids. A submerged lake water intake screen and all associated equipment, piping and appurtenances. A lake water supply control valve station and associated equipment, piping, and appurtenances. Lake Fill by-pass line with all associated valves and appurtenances.
